Dr. Ulises Caraballo, MD

I been trying to pick up an appointment for more than a week and they keep telling me that my status is not updated even though I called the insurance company for more than 9 time and everything is okay from the insurance company end, me and my insurance company try to call them but unfortunately they don’t pick up the phone, they will answer you once every fives phone calls, some of the staff are good and the rest are moody and I don’t think they want what they are getting paid for, total all it’s very bad experience, and if the staff do that you can imagine what doctor will be like, I am glad for that I am not going there, I will find another place that willing to give a good experience.

My son has been a long standing patient with dr. Carballo....never a complaint until now...c/o boil on backside very painful..for 1 week..drained but clogged after virtual appt with dr. Carballo...called office for dr. to be aware...10 calls made no return call from the office...today walk in to office to be seen by PA DO MD. anyone..was told unable to be seen...I mean could you assess it he just didn't come in to be given appt and apologies. I'm a medical professional (mom) we don't turn patients away..we work them in WE ASSESS THEM. MY SON DIDN'T want to write this but I felt that he dr. Carballo should be aware..and as a medical professional I care about my patients..thank you

It would be difficult or almost impossible to find better all around care from another Primary Care Physician. I can all say with confidence , that it doesn't end with Dr. Caraballo. Every doctor, PA, Nurse as well as the ENTIRE STAFF, go above and beyond for their patients! Don Skelly

Dr. Caraballo is a very caring doctor. His office staff is friendly and helpful. Recommend to many people!

KEEP SEARCHING THE WORST OFFICE I HAVE EVER BEEN TO!! I made an appointment over 3 weeks ago and asked to be seen BY THE DOCTOR. I arrive 15 minutes before my appt and wasn't called back until 30 mins. A nurse practitioner walks in and states she is her to preform a physical. I voiced my concern about seeing the doctor and she jumps up and stated that the doctor is not onsite and sends in the fill in office manager whom was worst! Not a good experience for a new patient..Don't waste your time

Seems to have become an angry old man, and that appears to reflect poorly on his medical performance. Shame. I used to think of him as a fine internist.
