Horrible doctor in my opinion
If I could give an rating below 1, I would. Had been going to this facility for a few year and happy seeing the Nurse practitioners. I have never interacted with this doctor. Last year he changed my pain medicine dose for some unexplained reason. At the end of 2024, I was trying to get my medication refilled again especially before the New Year. I could not get into the lines. I left messages on the appointment line and nurses line. I received not callback. Eventually I went there abd talked to the Terrible nurse manager. Believed I had gotten my issues resolved concerning my meds but Dr. Purdy had blocked my pain meds from getting renewed for some reason. I called back and talked to the plastic fa nurse manager. She told me that I needed to come on to have a blood test before getting the meds that I've been getting and taking for over 2 years as a patient thier. I told them I believed they trying to call me a drug addict when I have a chronic health. No longer there

Intelligent Doctor with Common Sense
Easy to get an appointment. Dr. Purdy listens to my complete explanation of my problems and then has common sense solutions. He doesn't push me off to unnecessary tests or specialists.One of the few doctors these days that isn't part of a 'medical mill'.

I've been seeing Dr. Purdey for several years off and on. Every timeI leave feeling I have received the best care possible. The front staff are polite and take of things. Even when packed I've never waited more than 1/2 to 3/4hr. I am impressed by Dr Purdey's time management without rushing. Questions are not only awnsred in a way i can understand but are encouraged as well. Here's a Doctor that seems to still remember the human behind the diagnosis.

Very nice doctor. Checked son out quickly and we were on our way. Listened to what we said and son is feeling much better. We will definitely be back. Office staff and nurses very nice as well. Used wait from home. Perfect.
