Competent, knowledgeable, and thorough.
Dr. Ripley listened to all my concerns and addressed them. He was not dismissive like most Dr’s that I have seen in the past. With that being said, he’s compassionate and has a gentle and welcoming approach which makes him easy to talk to and feel comfortable with. I’m happy that I found this PCP.

Out of office
it’s been only a month since I’ve been seeing Dr. Ripley and he’s been out of the office most of the time or just hasn’t responded. he’s currently on vacation while I’m at home dealing with my own health issues. Very unhappy

Dr. Ripley has always taken time to listen to me, go over options for treatment and asked for my input. Very different than the healthcare I received before moving here from Arizona.

On a power trip
Doesn't listen to patients, poor follow up on lab and x-ray results. If he didn't suggest it, then everything else is dismissed, even treatment by other providers.
