Six weeks ago, I had total knee replacement surgery and I can honestly say that choosing him was one of the best decisions I have made. From the very first appointment, he took the time to listen, explain everything in detail, and reassure me through the entire process.The surgery itself went smoothly, and throughout my recovery, I felt completely supported by him and his team. Recovery has not been easy, but his skills, encouragements, and guidance made all the difference. If you’re looking for a knowledgeable, caring, and skilled orthopedic surgeon, I highly recommend him. I’m so grateful for his care and expertise—I’m finally on my way to feeling like myself again! Very low wait time. He gets right to business and never makes you feel rushed or pressured. He makes certain that you understand and that he is available for you if you need anything. He treats you like part of the family. My knee replacement feels great and is almost completely like new after 12 weeks. Very happy with the results. I highly recommend him to everyone.

I had hip surgery by Dr. VanDyke in 2018. It was quite painful to bring my knee up once the pain meds started to wear off. I went back to him repeatedly, he took x-rays each time and said it looked fine. It's now 2024 and I still can't lift that leg up to put my pants on first thing in the morning because of the pain. He ultimately blew me off and acted like he thought the pain was all in my head. It's worse than before I had the surgery. If I cough or sneeze, it hurts a lot. When I climb into my husband's car, I have to pick that leg up with my hand to keep from having pain. I'm afraid to even go to anybody else to try to get this fixed, because I'm certain it will turn into another big surgery. I found a bone fragment in the incision when it was healing, and I'm concerned there's more in there. He's very personable, and it sounds like he does a great job if there are no complications, but if there are complications he does not seem to be equipped to handle that.

Dr. VanDyke was friendly, attentive and helpful. He listened well, thoroughly explained his evaluation of my pain and offered clear solutions. Appreciate that his team was also very attentive and helpful and made sure I was confident with treatment plan moving forward.

Dr. Van_Dyke performed a total hip replacement on me in September 2024. I just went in for my 3 month follow up. I see Dr. VanDyke about every 90 days for knee injections. He is so personable and professional. Wait time is next to nothing. Always asks if I have any questions, concerns or needs. Office staff is very efficient.

Confident in his abilities and rightly so. I had meniscus surgery (both meniscus on my left knee) yesterday and am up and walking the next day almost fine. He is a very nice guy, gives you the info directly and cares for the patient. I was worried about my 3mo breastfeeding and the surgery, but it went amazing- the team supported me the whole time to not leave my baby for long at all.

Another successful hip replacement. dr VanDyke did my left hip aug 30th and now my right hip yesterday 11-15-24. Could not be happier with his work and bed side manners. I highly recommend him for hips.

it’s my 2nd hip replacement this year. Left then right both worn out from a life in retail. Dr. Vandyke is amazing truly this is art for him and hie loves what he does. A man of faith and hard work. I couldn’t trust him more. I’m telling you no pain just a little sore and it’s the day after surgery. His team was super and won’t keep you waiting. Nice people.
