Incompetent staff.
Dr Svensson is a good doctor, but his support staff are incompetent. They billed insurance incorrectly, took days to return calls and at times didn't return calls or emails at all. His staff seems confused at insurers who consider him 'in network,' which ones he's taking and which ones he's not, and got mixed up multiple times during my visits.Net-net, Dr Svensson is a good doctor, but your experience with his office will be completely negative as you'll have to work with his support staff regularly. There are many other good doctors with excellent support staff. Move on...

Dr. Svennson is an amazing Psychiatrist MD. He literally saved my life, I wouldn’t be here if I didn’t meet him, I am Bipolar Manic Depression and he put me on the right medications and now I live my life without spiraling out of control and winding up in the ER.

Innovative, creative, and caring in the BROADEST sense. An in tegral part of my recovery from terminal alcoholism, he has me and my family's eternal thanks.

We had a few visits with Dr Svennson, all were fraught with difficulties, including long waits, the dr not in the office, lack of communication. This Dr had little in the way of people skills, he seem to challenge every bit of information you shared with him, I felt no concern for the patient , in this case a child, he seemed to undermine all the child's feelings. I was sorry my grandson had to be confronted by this man, whom we had anticipated would be a trusted clinician.
