Terrible, unkind and negligent care provider
This doctor would rather send patients to the ER for cold/flu symptoms during working clinic hours instead of providing an appointment within the week. There were no signs of shortness of breath or acute life threatening symptoms. Gave us the run around. Told my mother to take a Covid test again before the Dr is able to schedule my mom for a followup again. After we completed the PCR test, she still wouldn’t schedule my mother and told us to go to the ER. She has poor bedside manner and rushes her exams. She will be on the phone arguing with other patients while examining her patients. She was extremely rude when we inquired about a referral request to see a Stanford oncologist that specializes in my mother’s new breast cancer diagnosis. She only wants to refer to her own list of doctors. Very unkind. We are switching PCP providers ASAP. Wish we could report her to the medical board. What happened to practicing under the oath to care for your patients?

Dr, Tram is a horrible doctor. She doesn't care about her patients and she would be mad and rude with you if you're trying to ask more questions or have any concerns about your health. She should not be working as a doctor. Don't trust her for any medications that she gave you. I have never experienced any doctor who is so rude and disrespect like her in my life. If I could I would give her zero star for her careless and rudeness. She doesn't even call me back when my test is positive. I need to call her to ask for the test results. That shows how careless she is for her patients. I'm very disappointed about her. If you have insurance go to someone who you can trust and responsible for your health.
