My family has a history of malignant melanoma, so I'm familiar with the protocol; in fact, I had melanoma, had surgery, and it was caught in time.Dr. Prizant was the most pleasant, professional, and caring dermatologist I have ever been to. She put me at ease and did an expert job of excising a discoloration on my face. There is absolutely no scar.Thank you, Dr. Prizant, and your staff, as well.

Friendly, knowledgable, and caring!
I've been a patient of Dr Prizant for a number of years now, so I have seen her for a variety of skin related issues. She has always taken her time with me, listened carefully, and given me options in approaching treatments for the situation. She is very well informed, and carefully takes a medical history. In addition, Dr Prizant is very friendly and easy to have a conversation with .

I felt heard and seen with a thorough exam. She took her time and seemed to appreciate me as a whole person rather than just a diagnosis.

It's all about the money there with them, what a waste and time and energy and money I had that my condition is worse off than it was, this lady got a degree to mess people over or even selected people! It's about her and her employees and pockets, I would like to get my money refunded, talk about pissed off to knock someones block off. I didn't go there to benefit them I was paying for a service for positive results not to mention the laser tech burned me and I have scar now .

Terrible. I visited Dr. Prizant last year with severe facial eczema. The Dr. was very unapproachable and borderline rude. Before even getting my SYMPTOMS under control she was pushing these HUGE life changes on me without even helping. You dont know whats wrong and what will work but youre going to preach how I need to change up my life and routine without even a proper diagnosis. I should have known then. Instead, I went back a few other times for allergy testing. She was very rude and condescending upon the results. I misHEARD on something and questioned her answer. Her response "Im the doctor. Ive been doing this for years. I would know." Nope. I'm out. Thanks for nothing but expensive visits and creams lady.

The worst experience I've every had. Bad attitude towards the patients. All they care about is your money. I called them to reconsider the prescription, but they requested another appointment (the last one was a month ago) They charge a LOT. Beware!

Terrible service. Had to cancel an early Monday appointment on preceding Friday afternoon. Received text reminder and futilely tried to reschedule; automated system rejected all attempts and told me to call the office. I called the number, and as it was just after hours, their voice mail did not allow me to leave a message but instructed me to call their after hours service. I called the service, who then rudely would not take a message and told me to call the office. Go elsewhere.

This dr should stop practicing. She has a bad attitude. I had gone to her for years without a problem then she developed the worst bedside manner. Says negative things like whatever you’ve come to see her about isn’t important. Seems like she hates her job.

I made an appt. with Dr. Prizant to treat my cystic acne, a condition I've been seeing dermatologists for since 2008. I've seen a handful of dermatologists since then and I know the makings of a good one. Dr. Prizant is a bad one. Quite a few bad things happened during my appointment but I'll keep it short - I wasn't seen until 45 mins after my appt time and no apology was given, and when she shot my cysts with cortizone, she pressed so hard on the wounds that it exacerbated the soreness.

Dr.Lisa Prizant, advertized a discounted price of Voluma dermafiller.I made the appt.and specifically, emphasized I was there for Voluma injections. She suggested Restylane instead. I expressed my disapointment with her assessment. She refused to use Voluma for lack of experience and felt more comfortable using the lesser product.SHE returned none of my calls. She REFUSED to give me, as her patient/customer a refund! INSTEAD offered a REFERRAL to a certified cosmetic esthetic physician.Awful!!

She did not seem to care about my problem. She flat out told me that she could not help me and there was no help for my condition. She als put me on the same medications that I was on before (prescribed by a different dermatologist in a different state) in which I told her they did not work before. I found a different dermatologist and she did all that she could to help me and I am so much better now. Stay away from Dr. Prizant if you want a doctor that will actually make an effort to help you.
