I was very anxious to have Mohs Surgery on my face. Dr. Hagen’s calm and reassuring demeanor was very welcoming. He explained the process, healing expectation and made sure the procedure was comfortable. As I wait to heal, I know Dr. Hagen and staff are there in case I need them.

My visit began a little before scheduled, information was readily at hand, and I was prepared by the nurse for Dr. Hagen. Very soon Dr. Hagen appeared, introduced himself, described what he was going to do, and then proceeded to do it. All the while, Dr. Hagen kept checking with me to be sure that I was comfortable and without any pain. He finished the initial procedure and described the next step at the lab. He returned with a cheery smile, said that all was clear, closed the incision, and said he would do his very best to make it unnoticeable. When he finished, he thanked me for letting him help me and reminded me to call if I needed any further help. Dr. Hagen's P.A. finished bandaging my forehead and she, too, reminded me to call. Dr. Hagen is one of the most 'class' and competent physicians that I have ever had, and his P.A. reflects those admirable characteristics.

Procedure was thoroughly explained to me beforehand. I was comfortable during the surgery. Doctor and staff worked very efficiently and were professional at all times. They seemed well trained in what they had to do. They often asked if I had any questions and made sure I received (and understood) post-surgery care instructions.

The entire staff was very kind and knowledgeable. Doctor answered all my questions and was nice and professional. The facility was clean.I would highly recommend Dr. Hagan and this facility.

I was referred to Dr Hagen by another doctor to have basil cell removed from my nose. When I arrived 10 minutes ahead of my scheduled time, I was called back right away, the nurse explained the process to me, the doctor came in shortly after and explained the process as well. They were able to remove all the basil cell in one procedure, made the necessary repair and sent me on my way. I was very pleased with the treatment, information given and the overall process in the office. I would recommend Dr Hagen and staff highly.
