Dr. Marien spent considerable time with me, pleasant to discuss issues, very informative, and her training is impeccable. I'm a retired physician and always look for the best specialists for my needs. I would choose her to do any urologic surgery necessary. Doc

Urology appointment
Excellent doctor, very sharp & has great knowledge. She is a super-specialist for prostate problems & is one of the few doctors in San Diego with expertise in Uro-Lift procedure ( for treatment of enlarged prostate gland without doing a major surgery ) She listened to me carefully & answered all my questions. She then performed cystoscopy & showed me enlarged prostatic lobes & inside of my bladder. She then performed a digital prostate exam & then performed ultrasound of the prostate gland. I had no pain as she is really good & her nurse was also very good & kind. She cleaned the area thoroughly with iodine & numbed my urethra with Lidocaine gel. I am glad that my PCP Dr Freeman referred me to Dr Marien.

Tracy Marien was cold. dr. Marien kept me on Cipro for three weeks because she could not get it together. when she finally set a date and ti me for a procedure she was a no show.
