I have been going to Dr. Cook for about 20 years now. I have never had one negative thing to say about her, she is always attentive, never in a hurry, answers all of my questions, and genuinely interested in what I have to say and my concerns. Many times she has taken me into her private office for more privacy. I highly recommend her to anyone!

Dr. Cook has guided me through menopause with excellent, compassionate care. She is no nonsense, yet sensitive and listens. Questions are encouraged and thoroughly answered. You feel like you are her only patient! Staff at both Dublin and Westerville are efficient and kind, and offices are convenient. I only wish I lived here when I had my babies.

She is very kind and knowledgeable. She's been with me from my pregnancy 12 years ago, delivering my child, check ups and several procedures recently. When my child reaches the age that she needs an OB doctor I will have her see Dr. Cook.

DR COOK WAS VERY KIND TO ME WHEN TEST RESULTS REVEALED I HAD CERVICAL CANCER. SHE FIRST CALLED MY FAMILY DOCTOR TO ASK HIS ADVICE RE: WHAT HE THOUGHT WOULD BE THE BEST WAY TO CALL/ANNOUNCE THE BAD NEWS. SHE THEN CALLED, WITH A GREAT DEAL OF EMPATHY, URGED ME TO SCHEDULE SURGERY IMMEDIATELY, AND PROVIDED SEVERAL OPTIONS REGARDING THE BEST QUALIFIED SURGEONS. BOTTOM LINE, I HAD THE SURGERY TWO WEEKS LATER. I CANNOT THANK TRACY ENOUGH FOR HER UPBEAT ATTITUDE AND ENCOURAGEMENT.

She is nice and professional, when you can reach her. I wouldn't recommend her or this practice to family or friends due to the frustrations I have experienced with lack of communication and expectation setting between her and her nurses. The nurse often comes off inconsiderate and insensitive when dealing with VERY sensitive matters (even beyond pregnancy).
