She removed the entire tumor so it could not grow back. We were so amazed by her work we couldn’t stop crying from the results!! My brother-in-law was diagnosed with a meningioma this year. We read about Dr. Patel and some other neurosurgeons at UT Southwestern online and knew this is where we wanted to be for the best care in the DFW area. Dr. Patel was everything we desired/prayed for in a doctor- highly skilled in brain surgery, and also SO kind, caring, and compassionate. Surgery went amazing and she was so encouraging and shared in our joy knowing he would be okay. We couldn't have asked for a better neurosurgeon-so thankful for her.

Dr. Toral Patel is the MOST phenomenal, compassionate, positive, warm, and empathetic neurosurgeon you could ever ask for in your life. From the moment you meet Dr. Patel, your hope for the future is restored. As she 'bounced' into the waiting room, we were greeted with, "Your son will be just fine. He will do great!" After surgery, her joyful presence filled the waiting room with these words, "Everything went great! Daniel was the perfect patient." Dr. Toral Patel gave us the reassurance we so desperately needed. Removing two hundred meningiomas per year, proves the skill and experience Dr. Patel has developed over the years. She is TREMENDOUS!!!

We were referred to Dr. Patel by my mother's General Practitioner following the discovery of a mass in her brain after a fall. Ultimately, my mother's condition (Grade 4 Glioblastoma) was too advanced for any treatment, but Dr. Patel's attention and care throughout the process was nothing less than a saving grace. Her compassion was at the core of every conversation I had with her. She is an example of what every doctor should be; knowledgeable and patient.

Dr Patel treated my husband for a menengioma and a malignant brain tumor. My adult son referred to her as our angel dresses in a white coat. She was professional, knowledgeable, and most of all, caring. We felt like she was part of our family after 2 years of treatment. Although Randy didn’t conquer his cancer, we always knew we had the right doctor. Thank you again for the love and care you gave our family during a very scary time in our lives. We knew Randy was in good hands between God and you??.
