For many years, I have received excellent care from Dr. Perkins.

Dr. Perkins did a decent job, but he spent most of our session cutting me off, speaking to me in a patronizing tone, and he didn’t seem to be paying attention to what I was saying or showing to him. I had to repeat myself a few times which was frustrating on top of everything else. Hoping it was just a busy day for him. Not sure if I would want to return to him again. He did give me some answers about what brought me in, so that was the only good part of the appointment.

State of the art dermatology practice, at the very top in its league in Washington DC: utmost skilled physicians and competent paramedics as well as courteous administrative staff. I have been a patient of Dr. Perkins for about 25 years now and my satisfaction only grows visit after visit. From evaluation, to diagnosis, treatment and maintenance, Dr. Perkins covers all grounds with solid, up-to-date knowledge, great professionalism—humanely and with a kind personal touch. Outstanding: highly recommended!

Dr. Perkins, as always, did a thorough examination, as part of an ongoing review for skin cancer. He always appears knowledgeable about medical information and is analytic in his practice. He has demonstrated excellent surgical skills in the past. And he has always shown empathy and concern about his patient (me!) In sum, an excellent caregiver.

I had a few visits with Dr. Perkins, and every time I was in and out in 15 minutes or less. Straight shooter, quick, easy, flawless, professional. Everything you want in a dermatologist.

I have been seeing this doctor for about five years, and while the doctor’s service is excellent, the staff’s unprofessionalism has reached its peak—especially evident today. I scheduled an appointment and confirmed it twice over the phone, including once at 11:37 AM for my 1:45 PM appointment. Both times, I was assured that my appointment was set. Yet, when I arrived, I was told it had been canceled without any prior notice!

The new office is incredibly clean and its very quiet which is important to me since I get nervous at the Dr's office. Dr. Perkins is an amazing Dermatologist who can diagnose and treat quickly and efficiently. His style is to not sugar coat and tell you exactly what he thinks the issue is and then gives you options to treat it.He responds quickly and does not hesitate to explain when you don't understand something. I ask questions that are likely annoying like 'how much will it hurt' when its going to involve a knife or a needle, and he never judges. I highly recommend Dr. Todd Perkins as a Dermatologist.

I was seen exactly on time. He conducted the examination thoroughly and efficiently. Very clear communication. And very pleasant manner.

This was my first visit with Dr. Perkins. He came across as very caring, made me feel at ease, and explained things extremely thoroughly. I believe he's extremely knowledgeable, and could not recommend him more!

I have been through nearly every treatment. This month I’m psoriasis free thanks to Dr. Perkins! He keeps up to date on all the treatments and is careful in introducing new ones. He is a great guy, and his staff is great too! They always put a smile on my face.

I have been going to Dr. Perkins for 15 years. He diagnosed & operated on my melanoma and my recent (non-skin) cancer experience with care and compassion. He reassures me when I need to hear things multiple times. I've sent many friends to him as I trust him and value him so much.

Always efficient, professional, and very effective in skin examinations. He spotted a very small sport on my foot and sent it for biopsy because he felt it looked suspicious. The results were uncertain with the first review, so he sent it for analysis by a specialist in Paris, who identified it as 'incipient melanoma.' Dr. Perkins then removed it effectively and there is no sign of any recurrence.

I visited Dr. Perkins late 2023 for a skin growth removal. Biopsy concluded that it was cancerous. His immediate interest for my well-being and action to refer me to the right specialists in the field may have been life-saving. Soon after I was diagnosed with Stage IV, Big C. Since then I see him every three months for a full skin examination. He is friendly, always on time, efficient, listens well and explains clearly. I highly recommend Dr. Perkins because He is Great!

Very thorough about skin cancer screenings; doesn't push cosmetic procedures unless you want them. Usually friendly, sometimes abrupt if he's in a hurry and you've asked one too many questions.

Ever since my brother survived a case of melanoma, it's important to me to be examined annually by a dermatologist with the expertise I trust to detect any signs of it. Although I've avoided melanoma so far, Dr. Perkins has treated some areas of my skin that showed signs of being pre-cancerous (carcinoma).

Dr Perkins is always a joy to see. He's very attentive to issues I bring up & provides complete information related to the issue. Dr P is a complete professional and very interactive with general personal goings on(vacation travel...).
