This is a great dermatology practice. After years of struggling with acne, I finally got it under control with their help and innovative technology. I usually see PA Serenchia who takes her time to discuss my concerns and explain different treatment options - she is wonderful! I have also seen Dr. Chang - she is fantastic as well. This practice is very responsive and patient centered.

She's our specialist of some 8 years here in Foggy 'Bottom, DC. She is of star quality -- quick, learned, professionally deep and skillful. She runs Integrated Dermatology in Foggy Bottom, DC with ease and splendid results. Quick wait times and treatment, always accurate and sympathetic, a consummate professional. We cannot praise her enough!

Really poor execution. I can’t recommend this doctor to anyone.

The office scheduled two procedures back to back. Didn't leave numbing cream on long enough and the Fraxel was terribly painful. I don't have sensitive skin. I don't believe she did the full treatment because she know how much pain I was in. I looked at their website and Fraxel is supposed to be almost painless. Got in touch w/ Dr. Chang and she basically told me I was whining. She was extremely nasty and rude. She said they would not be compensating me in any way.

I had been a patient for years- I called for an appointment with my skin issues I want to see a dermatologist..instead I was offered a PA to see me for my skin issues.. UNACCEPTABLE !!!! I AM VERY DISSAPOINTED

I have been seeing Allison Senerchia for more than two years now and she is honestly one of the worst doctors I have ever been to, in terms of personality/bedside manner. If you're looking for a one-off doctor, who gets you in and out, then she is perfect for you. But if you're looking for a sustained relationship with a doctor who cares about you, is attentive to your needs and worries, and wants to make you feel heard, then take it from someone who has done it for two years: look elsewhere.

As a new patient with a terrible eczema flare up I was nervous to see the dermatologist. However, Dr. Garry (one of the PA's working in Dr. Chang's practice) was very comforting in assuring me we'd find a regime to cure my flare up. She looked over my rashes, communicated her diagnosis, explained the next steps, and repeatedly asked if I had any additional questions. Dr. Garry at the whole 19th St office team put me at ease. I am confident in her diagnosis and her plan for rehabilitation.
