The doctor is fine but his reception is horrible. I had to call the office 5 times over 3 days to finally get them to send over a prescription to the pharmacy. I then had to call a couple weeks later about another prescription they said they would send on a Friday. I checked with the pharmacy this weekend and Dr. McNiff's office never sent anything!
