I had a really good experience with Dr. Win. The reason why I gave 3 stars is because this doctor's office has the WORST front desk receptionists. The 1st time when I was here, I stood in front of the counter asking them what forms should I fill, what do I have to do, they just looked at me like they don't understand what I said. They speak Cantonese, and I spoke to them in Cantonese, yet they ignored me.
