Dr. Todd Lewis, MD

IME report: my history was a jumble, confusing and overwhelming the reader. Included were cherry picked juxtaposed inconsistent parts of my record that were actually inherent error in history taking between patient and provider, framing me. He demeaned my doctor’s judgments. He minimized key test data, then cherry picked for his desired narrative, not the spirit of my medical record. He cited a main part of a study but not as a whole. He left out a pertinent test showing I’d lost sensation in my forearm. He then pathologized my fitness, preventative and early detection values as pathological deeming me “extremely somatic”and exaggerating. Common to females and minorities. He said I was concerned about “every bodily function” while I reported detailed symptoms of my back and hip and filled out their paperwork. My attending then signed off on it without reviewing it with me. I later confronted my attending. He said I was “being a little OCD about the details”. Avoiding male MDs

I have never been so belittled, talked down to, insulted, and all around angry from anything, let alone a DOCTORS visit, in my life. This man is a terrible human being, will lie, manipulate, and take out of context, every single thing you say. I was seen for my back, I have been seen by 7 doctors before him over the course of a year, they all saw the same things on the MRI's. He tried to fight to say all of them were wrong, I was lying about my pain, and that I did not have anything wrong with me.
