Dr T Jorgensen was dismissive of my serious pain.
I was referred by GP and brought my years of painful conductivity tests along with me. Which the office kept and refused to return me even copies! Dr Jorgensen basically gaslit my RSD reflex sympathetic dystrophy in early 2000s. I was there again two years ago for a hand ultrasound for RA. He misdiagnosed me that day. If he can't help someone like me, with all my rare & degenerative diseases then I doubt he can help you. A real time waster. Sincerely written,Ms. Carol Benack

Went to this practice for my son. The staff is less than professional on the phone. Doctor dismissed us from the appointment without any true course of treatment or explanation. Was not interested in listening or discussing issues with us. Called and left an urgent message. Took the office 2.5 days to call back. Found a new doctor. Don't go here.

Never listened to what I had to say and felt like he did not take me seriously. He kept telling me his concern for me was “low”. It turned out thatI had a spinal cord injury, and a very serious condition that required urgent surgery (diagnosed by a different doctor). When he called to ask me what my status was and I informed him that I was going to have surgery, his response was “you know, surgery has certain risks - complications and death”. Ummm, yeah, thanks, and good-bye. This conversation changed as a TeleMed visit which was an 8am phone call at his request. I suspect my condition was out of his wheelhouse and he was too arrogant to see it. Would not recommend.

He did 2 diagnostic tests - leg nerves and achilles ultrasound very well. Still having issues so called for appointment to discuss with him. Was told that he does not personally do patient follow-ups. Must see a P.A. Why would I see his PA who knows nothing about my case? Apparently, Dr. Jorgensen only gets involved with the big buck procedures. Not concerned with patients rehab or quality of life outcomes. Will seek another source in the future.

I felt like he didn't want to be there. I really don't know much more, or what to do, than I did before the exam. I won't go back.

Dr Jorgensen's NP Doris did the "diagnosing" and scheduled me to come back for ultrasound. Dr J came in after ultrasound, said I had bursitis in an area that wasn't bothering me & gave me injection & headed for the door. I tried to ask a question & he would not answer. He did not spend even 1 minute speaking to me & I was practically pleading. On my return visit, they scheduled it with Doris. This is medical care backwards from my experience.
