Disappointing Experience
Dr. Jorgensen finds it unneccesary to explain why a test is being conducted, what he is looking for nor to offer his findings at the conclusion of the test. Asking him a question results in a curt response that borders on dismissive at best and insulting at worst. Either way, my experience as a patient was leaving confused and without understanding any more about my condition. Dr. Jorgensen feels no need to greet you by name to begin the encounter nor to wish you well at the conclusion. I cannot assess his technical ability as a physician, but I can say his ability to connect and explain is lacking. All in all I rate my experience with Dr. Jorgensen as one star. If you are looking for clarity or compassion this is not the doctor to put your faith in.

Not a good overall experience. Didn’t seem to listen, did not communicate well, and downplayed my symptoms which turned out to be a serious condition (diagnosed by another doctor).

Nurse Practitioner does the diagnosing. Dr. Jorgensen does what she tells him. He spent NO time with me-in and out quickly. Wouldn't answer any questions. I was completely disappointed with this Dr. (Appointment staff very pleasant though).
