The doctor and NP are excellent in explaining and helping get into see them in future. The wait time for initial appt (as I was new patient) was long, (14 weeks) however I was able to get in earlier due to being on a cancellation list. That moved up my appt 2 weeks! It's nice to see the cancellation list really works. I am confident that the next time I need to get in since I Am an established patient, will be faster. They reassured me well.

The recovery has been slow, but they explained why and prescribed a compound to help with that healing. The clearly explained the expectation of the healing going forward. Dr. Ridolfi scheduled an appointment for four weeks later to make sure the healing progresses as expected. I went into this appointment fearing that I was imagining the problem, and came out understanding that it was real and why! It is still slow but getting better! Thank you to Dr. Ridoldolfiand his staff!

Dr. Ridolfi changed my life. During my first visit he made a diagnosis that three GI doctors had missed for years! I changed my diet to include a fiber bar a day and he performed a small medical procedure. I suffered for decades with GI and rectal issues until I found him this year!! His nurse (Jean) was very helpful. Dr. Ridolfi and Jean actually listened to me. I spent years of my life wasted and went through untold procedures for nothing until I found this wonderful doctor.
