So happy
I was so happy to meet Dr Lonesky. He is so good at explaining things and easy to talk to. I think I have found me a rheumatologist!!

Bad Experience
Two physicians are opening offices all over the region, only saw a Dr. once over a few years. When I needed them due to an RA flair I could not get anyone to call back or answer patient portal requests. Had to go by the office and beg for an appointment. They will not work with other doctors. The two owners are trying a business model in which patient service suffers. I moved on to another physician so that I could get service and stop the pain they would not address.

Thorough with the blood work…
I see him in Bowling Green and he and his staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. It’s hard to find a good rheumatologist and I’d definitely recommend him.

My lab work came back on May 18th and still waiting to be contacted for a referral. It is now June 13th. This is a long time for someone to go when they are feeling bad. Office staff will take days to return a call. I am not one to complain, but my experience has not been good.

Months of using crutches to walk with osteo damage led me to an orthopedic for 2yrs of shots & ibuphron tx that landed me in the hospital with a severe ulcerative colitis & a severe stomach ulcer. After 29 days on IVs & oral meds, was discharged home for a four month rehab period during which I found Dr. Loneski...THANK GOD! With his treatment & care I have been walking/working without the crutches or the severe disabling pain for the past 3yrs. I cannot describe with words what this has meant to me & my family. He is extremely competent, caring, respectful, friendly/cordial, helpful. He loves patient information/education, and his care/treatment is very patient focused/centered. Support staff are very supportive. Ivan R Weir

Each time I see him, it’s like he’s seeing me for the first time. We’ll go over options and possible treatments and then by the next time it’s nothing different. I’ve been seeing him for a year and nothing has changed. I was actually told there was no magic pill to help me and that I should try yoga. No thanks. I’ll see another specialist before my several autoimmune diseases start affecting my organs.

The doctor is good. Office staff is below average: for instance, to make an appointment, called during their office hours, left a message , and immediately sent an email from patient portal. Did this multiple times over a month period. No reply what so ever. Meanwhile, the portal was showing my wrong address. requested a correction two separate times. Weeks later finally a staff replied: it was corrected. But it still shows my wrong address. Insufficient info from other staff and so on.
