Kind, honest, empathetic, communicative, knowledgable, and caring physician. We love him! Nurses are excellent for the same reasons, as well as the clinic staff. You are all much appreciated!

Among the specialists I've seen over the years, Dr. Huyck is best at hearing what I am saying and clearly responding to it. His staff is supportive and positive, and they are quick to respond. I've been interacting with Dr. Huyck for several years and would recommend him without reservation.

0 stars would never recommend this doctor to even my worst enemy, definitely go to someone else wouldn't do a pet scan because it's not covered by Medicare if you are an inpatient so therefore could not tell us with 100% certainty that the cancer was localized or if it had spread to other organs without the proper testing and with that he walked into my family members room and straight out told them they had weeks to live, without notifying anyone to be there for support. find another doctor.

Dr. Huyck is a very nice and straight talking man. But as a doctor I very much question his integrity. My dad suffered for weeks as Dr. Huyck investigated his "lymphoma" case. Much waiting and a brutal unnecessary procedure, determined dad actually had AML. Said a stem cell transplant wouldn't work, "dad was too old, his perfect 10/10 match of a sister and me as a half match would never work". DEAD WRONG on everything! UNMC tried, but dad ran out of time. Still get bills $1M+ though. GO TO UNMC!

I HAVE SEEN DR. HUYCK SEVERAL TIMES AND EACH TIME I FEEL CARED FOR. HE IS CLEAR IN HIS EXPLANATIONS, ANSWERS ALL MY QUESTIONS AND TELLS ME WHAT TO EXPECT NEXT. IF HE DOESN'T KNOW THE ANSWER, I'M CONFIDENT HE WILL FIGURE IT OUT WITH ME. I APPRECIATE HIS CARING ATTITUDE.

To say Dr. Huyck is companionate, is an understatement. I have never felt anything less that a member of his family. He's brilliant, direct and honest, without it feeling clinical and detached. He understands my personality and how I get through my cancer diagnosis and I am grateful for his knowledge.

Without Dr Huyck and his staff I would not be here today. Besides helping me choose the absolutely right course of treatment he has been honest from the start. When I sit and talk with him I feel like I am talking to a family member. His staff is outgoing and super supportive.
