Very efficient staff, no time-wasting. Yet they were extremely thorough with all aspects of my (somewhat complex) exam. And the doctor took the time to explain and answer questions. In my experience a rare thing in healthcare these days.

I am and will forever be astounded and grateful! I recently developed symptoms that alerted me and my Primary Care Physician. I was referred to Illinois Retina Associates and discovered Dr. Flood as available. I immediately recognized his name, because he saved my vision (laser surgery) in 1985! He too was very surprised that I remembered him and flattered at the well- deserved compliments I shared. Currently diagnosed with macular degeneration, we had business to conduct. So, this was quite an emotional reunion that one could only imagine as a miracle and blessing from God. My family and supportive colleagues at work are amazed also. Doctor Flood’s care, concise communications, thoroughness and fluidness are still nothing short of excellent! I received my first injection treatment executed by Doctor Flood and my confidence never waned and will not. Everyone in his office must be commended for being the utmost professional and caring with each step from entry to exit.

My personal experience with Dr. Flood was good, but my experience with some of his staff was poor. Dr. Flood is a good and experienced doctor, but I felt his office was not run properly and some of his staff behaved inconsiderately and unprofessionally toward me.
