Impressive care!
Dr Cohen's entire office staff impressed me! One tech worked there for over 20 years! Another for over 10 years! That kind of loyalty was understood when we met the doctor. He wonderfully explained the health concern to my daughter, beautifully navigating answers her many anxiety-ridden questions. He encouraged his assistant to look at and discuss the situation. Witnessing his teaching process was inspiring. Thank you Dr Cohen for helping the future.

Exceptional doctor
Dr Jack Cohen and his fine staff were at their best, as usual; efficient, friendly, accommodating in every way. Did I mention talented, too? Excellent Care from Dr. Cohen
Dr. Cohen is very knowledgeable and approachable. He explained everything to me about my eye and showed pictures while doing so. He has a great bedside manner and I enjoyed listening to him. The staff is very nice and they took their time with me also.

Could not be a more positive experience!
I was delayed returning to town and staff was wonderful rescheduling and squeezing me in Xmas Eve. Every person on staff was extremely kind and highly competent. They truly care about their patients’ health and respect their time (a rarity in today’s world). I always look at the negative reviews and see that among the very few for Dr Cohen, there were almost all very positive comments and just typed in the wrong stars. I could not recommend anyone more highly.

How to Be Friendly and Professional
I think the world of Dr. Cohen and his wonderful staff. I know he is extremely busy, but always knows how to give good advice and makes you feel good, and finds a positive. He helped a friend of mine with a problem and saw her right away. Of course she had only positive comments. And why not.

Vitreous macular clarification concerns
The front office was very friendly and efficient as I checked in. I started my visit with Leslie who gathered my info and did a few eye tests and added drops in my eyes. Next I met David who did the OTC scan, very calming voice which was relaxing as he did the scan. Lastly I met Dr. Cohen’s assistant and Dr. Cohen. As he did the exam his assistant documented his findings. His explanation was amazing, showing me pictures and giving me a thorough explanation of what is happening to my eyes. I left feeling relieved and confident. Highly recommend Dr. Cohen. Outstanding!

So nice
This was my first visit to this busy office! All the staff was kind and welcoming. Even fun! Dr. Cohen was very professional and explained things well. One thing that stood out was how kindly he interacted with the staff who assisted during my exam. He seems just like a really nice guy!
