I busted the Sahara west urgent care wellness center . I felt extremely rushed and their customer service was lacking . Dr.Eichenlaub did not even introduce himself and spoke with me under a minute. Terrible way to treat your patients . I would not see this doctor again .

He is awesome! Finally a doctor in Las Vegas that listens and wants to help! He is truly a REAL doctor! Plus Lakiya B is the nurse and she is wonderful too. She was so helpful and kind. I was blown away (while being sick) at how much they care. I was expecting the same attitude you always get with a Doctor and a Nurse (especially on a Sunday) - NOPE! I wish I could give them both 10 stars!!!!!!!! AT CARE NOW urgent care.

is this the Dr. eichenlaub who is at urgent care on ann and simmons on a friday nite??? if so.. I LOVE HIM, SEEN HIM AS A PATIENT THERE BEFORE.. just like his bedside manner girls up front on personal phone calls while i waited.. very unprofessional.... also.. i am 74 yrs old WHY DID YOU NOT ACCEPT SENIOR DIMENSIONS AS BEFORE. I CANT AFFORD TO COME BACK TO YOUR FACILITY WITHOUT USING MY PRESENT INSURANCE!! LET US KNOW IF YOU EVER HAVE SENIOR DIMENSIONS AGAIN, I CANT GO TO S.W. MEDICAL.

I had one of those worst experiences I've ever had with this doctor. He was rude and seemed to be in a rush as soon as he entered the room. The service and bedside manner is horrible I will never be back .
