Very attentive and cost conscious
I've been a member of this practice for a year and a half. They are geared toward people without insurance and offer a very thorough plan for $89 per month. I had a swollen knee with limited mobility and Dr. Crouch worked with me over a month to determine what was going on. He tried different approaches to avoid the more expensive options such as x-rays or MRI's. Eventually there was improvement and I didn't have to pursue further treatment. I have Christian Healthcare Ministries and this plan is a cost effective safety net.

I really think he is a great Doctor he listens to what you have to say, and isn’t trying to just fix a problem with getting you on medication’s where most doctors are just throwing prescriptions at you

Amazing Dr. and practice
Dr. Crouch and his office staff are amazing. Even though he does not take insurance and I have insurance I stayed with him. Both my husband and I love Dr. Crouch. He is caring, very patient and his staff is the best I have ever dealt with.

I am no longer a patient of Dr Crouch. It is unfortunate that he no longer accepts Medicare patients. We have started seeing his nurse Candice and find that she is very thorough. Quite pleased with her total performance.

Becoming a Member of Epiphany Health has been a great decision. Having a Dr and staff that cares so much about our family is a blessing. Dr. Crouch spends time with us as patients, he listens, cares and explains everything. The staff is superb.

The doctor is great but if you don't have insurance and would like to be self pay then you can forget it. I had one appointment with the doctor where he prescribed new meds, when I went back for a follow up and refill on my prescription they told me on the day of my appointment that they no longer take self pay patients and that you have to sign up for their plan where you pay them $65 a month whether you need to see the doctor or not. Would have been nice to know that before getting started

This doctor for years gave my father pills to take care of his pain then laws changed and could not give him the same amount any longer. Well my father suffered withdrawals which the doctor should have anticipated knowing that my father lived alone and was deathly afraid of hospitals. Medical assistance at home, nurse care, forced rehab or even a gradual reduction. There should have been some kind of medical assistance from the doctor to anticipate the withdrawals. Well my father could not h

Dr. Crouch is very caring and personal. On top of that he is very knowledgeable. He strives to get you well, not just better. I never have to sit in waiting room for long. His staff is great. You will be so glad you gave him a try. I have referred many of my neighbors to him and all of them use him now as their Doctor. My wife also uses him. You will fill as though you have made a friend.
