After having gynecological surgery, I continued having problems. Dr. Drake attempted four times to cauterize the internal affected area, to no avail. He offered to do exploratory surgery at the hospital, which he then did. He stated that there had been a problem (not the problem for which he had been cauterizing me). Soon after, he quit private practice. I attempted both in person and in writing to obtain my records, but was unable to do so. I was then told that the records were destroyed.
