Dr. Cramer just gave me an injection in my shoulder for pain. He was very thorough when he explained what he was going to do. He was very “tender” as he was giving me the injection. I am going to be getting an injection again soon - in my knee. I am not apprehensive at all. Dr. Cramer was very helpful and kind.

Horrible pain management doctor
If you have chronic pain, do not see him. I was placed in his care when the previous doctor brought him to the clinic. He does not understand Rheumatoid arthritis and how to manage a chronic condition adequately. I have only seen him 2 times(the previous doctor once) and I have been going to the clinic for almost 10 years. When making my appointments, I am not allowed yo schedule with the doctor, even when I ask. I always see PA's. Depending on who you get for your appointment, your quality of care is either good or terrible. They always suggest the same things in hopes of making my condition better(physical therapy and injections). All of which I have tried over the 40 years of living with disease .They do not understand that sometimes pain cannot be fixed. Unfortunately, opiod medication does not help for years and years. Because I have a tolerance they now see me as an addict and are tapering meds. I didnt ask for more, all I said was that one of them was ineffective.

Seems a good doctor, many office/staff problems
Dr Cramer seemed sincerely interested in my health and during procedures was incredibly patient, giving good instructions and information as he did injections. However, the 2nd injection I had terrible side effects afterwards and after several talks with nursing staff, they dismissed it completely as having some other cause and I never went back and Dr Cramer never tried to find out from me what happened. Add to that, they charged me the $203 Medicare copay for the year, which I payed to another doctor earlier in the year and I have never been able to get them to return it all to me.

HORRIBLE experience. I had to call them multiple times before getting an appointment. I told them I had to go to another appointment later, and they said it would be plenty of time to get there. I then waited there for 2 hrs to see Dr. Cramer who spent maybe 2 minutes with me! He and his nurse didn't listen to anything i was telling them and just tried to hurry up and get out of there! I missed my other appointment for absolutely nothing! Worst Dr. experience I've ever had! Rude and dismissive of everything! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME LIKE I DID!

Hello, my last visit in November 2019 I went to check out and the receptionist told me it would be 6 days out past my normal 30 day wait, I asked why and she stated that was all there was so I asked what do we need to do and she went and got the office manager Betty and she said that if I didn't like it I could go somewhere else so my wife asked what was I suppose to do about the missed medication in those extra 6 days, she basically told me it's on me, that I would have to figure it out for myself there was nothing they could do. The office manager was not only rude and hateful, she was disrespectful and very unprofessional. The receptionist told me to call back and she would get me in so I did on the 4th my wife reminded me to call so I called and was told the 16th at whatever time I asked her if they would be calling me to remind me as well as text, this is something this office has done continuously for the past 7 months, so I was relying on that to remind me. Don't go to him.

Dr. Cramer and his staff are the best combination of helpful and sincere. Always feel like someone cares about me as the patient. I was immediately diagnosed with SI Joint pain on my first visit. Immediate relief following injections, after a year of nothing with previous pain Doctor. So thanksful. Now tapering off pain meds for first time in 2 years. Came back from offsite meeting to write script for lower pain dose on 20th of December. Most Doctors would have left me hanging. Not Dr. Cramer!

Dr Cramer is very pleasant he sits down and listens to you about health issues and speaks to you on a level so you understand and never makes you feel as if he is speaking down to you. He took the time time needed before and after procedures and appointments. I would refer my kids and family to him. I would give him a 10 out of 5 because he goes above and beyond.
