Dr. Walter Waugh, MD

I recently had a telehealth appointment with Dr. Waugh for an Annual Wellness Checkup, and was pleased with the professional and balanced holistic approach. Dr. Waugh listened carefully to my concerns, interjected his own and provided clear explanations and reasoning. I appreciated that he didn't immediately jump to ordering additional testing but established future measures that would potentially trigger further data gathering. I left feeling well-informed about my health, in control with specific followup actions outlined.

He is meticulous in his review of test results. His down to earth approach allows me conversation about my life that goes into his thinking that effect treatment recommendations. It's obvious that stays current on the rapidly changing options for treatment. He treats me like a friend even though he's younger than my children. Great staff too! I am so incredibly thankful for Dr. Scott Waugh. He truly and sincerely cares. He has helped me and been there for me through a battle with my weight! Which we WON!! And additionally he has helped me and been there for me through a severe debilitating spinal cord injury. Making sure I get the best care and treatment possible. This man is more than a Dr. He is a life changer and supporter. There simply are no words I can use to express how I feel about Dr. Waugh and what he has done for me in my Life.

I’m so thankful Dr. Waugh was recommended to me. His approach is refreshing and truly eliminated the knee pain I was having. I’m going to have to have a knee replacement at some point in my future, but he definitely prolonged it and helped me to get back out on the tennis court!

Dr. Waugh has a very good and broad skill set. I was very comfortable in explaining my severe complications from brown recluse bite. He was very good at explaining an injection therapy for my resulting nerve pain. Ten out of ten experience.

My multiple injuries were first accurately assessed and then the several options for treatments were discussed. During our discussion, a plan of action developed. Dr. Waugh even allowed for me to combine treatments to help me out financially. (Thank you Dr. Waugh.) Dr. Waugh then skillfully applied the several types of treatments that have set me on the road to recovery.

Dr. Waugh listens to my problems, suggests recommendations and then we decide what is best to move forward. Great doctor.
