Not so Bright
I waited for 40 minutes with a chest pain complaint. Nurse was very anxious the wait was so long when she came into the exam room, was given EKG which came up abnormal, Dr. Bright gave me nitroglycerin out of his pocket and sent me out the back door to drive myself to the hospital of my choice. Not good.On another occasion, I was billed incorrectly for a physical check up or wellness appointment and the staff ignored multiple requests to correct it. No explanation or apology ever provided.

I’ve been seen by Dr Bright. But my provider Is CNP Leslie Bright. (She is in Dr. Brights office). She is not only a very knowledgeable and professional healthcare provider. Leslie has a heart of gold and is one of the best people that I know. She combines professionalism and true care and concern for her patients, which is is rare indeed. Especially in today’s world. My family is so blessed to have her in our lives… We’re not only count her as our healthcare provider but as a lifelong friend. Dr. Bright and his staff also convey the same standards, proficiency, and kindness.

Usually takes about 5-10 minutes to get into an observation room, and between 40 minutes and an hour for Dr. Bright to come in. He usually talks about something completely irrelevant to my visit and has only checked my health himself the first time I visited. He expects to see you every 6 months. Their automated phone systems says there is a $10 fee for over-the-phone prescription refills, but if you have not seen him in 6 months, they refuse to give it to you.
