Most efficacious and professional in his specialty
Most professional in his analysis and surgical treatment. Very reassuring, precise and thorough with excellent results. Dr. Ruark was highly recommended by Dr. Gary Winchester and Dr. Andres Rodriguez for surgical treatment and their recommendations were in keeping with the surgical treatment received. Always seemed in a hurry and not thorough at all. Gave me a misdiagnosis and still charges full surgery fee after not performing the surgery and telling me it healed itself, but I have the same condition as before. Keep in mind he told me it could not heal on its own. NOTHING HAS CHANGED!! Absolute scam and terrible doctor. Now I have to go back to another doctor. Would not recommend to anyone!!
