Dr. Franada is a wonderful doctor.
Dr. Franada is very caring and thorough. She asks about every facet of my health. She spends alot of time with me and gets to the bottom of any new symptoms. She listens to my concerns and shows compassion. She is very knowledgeable and I know I can trust her to give me the best care possible.

Dr Franada may be great when you have MS, but don't bother if you have any other issues. Gets upset when you ask questions and doesn't answer them. She does not appear to be interested in helping with my vestibular issues. Didn't listen to all my symptoms. She may be a great Dr but bedside manner needs work.

I have been diagnosed with multiple sclerosis and have seen Dr. .Stroup-Franada for help managing the disease. She is patient and makes certain I understand what is going on and really considers the concerns and questions that I have. She lets me have a lot of say in how I treat my disease, whether I'm interested in being more active in treating things, or be more conservative and cautios. She is a huge help in managing the scary disease. I'm super glad I have her help.

I went to this doctor for headaches and she appeared to be very anxious sighing a lot which was very disconcerting. What happened to doctors being warm and compassionate? She wanted to focus on medications rather than first finding out the root cause and had little interest in discussing my symptoms.
