NO...If I could give him less stars I would. Not helpful. Did not answer questions, he knew it all. Every time I was there, he kept trying to get me to take the kind of shots that my insurance would not pay for. He decided I need extra x-rays from his office. The ones I got from the hospital are not good enough. Then comes into the room and says he can put shots into my knee to help me....... (He has already seen me 5 times and put shots in my knee 4 of those times). He acted like he didn't know that I had been there all those times before. Which means he did not even read my chart before he came into the room! I can understand forgetting you, they see a lot of people. But NOT looking at your chart before he walks into the room, is very unprofessional. I have worked in healthcare for many years, I never would let my staff treat patients like this.

Dr. Teater did my knee and shoulder surgery..He is quite possibly the most relateable Dr. I have ever dealt with.. Great personal skills even better bedside manner and easy to talk to and it doesn't take 3 days for his office to get back to you when you call them..I just broke my leg and got shipped of to Akron and it's the worst experience of my life..admitted for two days a rod and two screws placed and 3 appointments later still have never talked to actual surgeon.. would not happen w Dr

Dr. Teater did both my left rotor cuff and my right arm musle that I tore. They worked out really good and I had no unexpected problems with them. As he says up front it is slow to heal and there's a lot of frustration but in the end it was well worth haveing arm's that work and are pretty much pain free unless you do stupid things you know you shoulden't which you will hear about real quick when Dr. hears it. Thank you doctor for putting up with me and doing great work on this old body.
