horrible. does not know anything above 10 for your calcium level is hyperparathyroidism. thank God I listened to my instinct and read up on it. I had 2 glands removed because I had hyperparathyroidism

Dr. Oates is very through, and competent. However Dr. Oates staff is poor at best. When calling to schedule a follow up appointment, staff on more than one occasion had no idea that tests were to accompany the appointment. Recently a staff member called to reschedule an existing appointment, when I explained I had no longer had insurance and needed costs in advance. I was told I DO NOT know that! The call was then ended, no reschedule, no call back, nothing!
