Very unprofessional.
Called in for cataract surgery at 9am at UHC, 2 hours later still waiting. I asked the clerk what the hold up was. Evidently the doctor was late, his procedures were going over their alloted time, and he was very backed up. I asked how many more before us and was told 2. An hour later, our names had still not been called. We walked out. We wasted 3 hours of OUR time for a surgery that never happened because the doctor was late for work. We should have been given the option of rescheduling once they knew he was late. Absolutely no consideration for the patient. My hubby went 12 hours with no food, no water just to leave in a very aggitated state. I do not recommend this doctor, his staff, or UHC.

Dr. Mauger was great. Explained everything to me as if I were an intelligent adult and not a child. Tested everything in depth and helped me understand it all. I highly recommend.
