Stay away
Im writing to you following a deeply distressing experience I had during an Argon Laser tabreculoplasty procedure performed by Dr. Thomas F.Kruleweski. Stay away from this place. He has zero bedside manner for patients. He hurt my eye and now I’m going to another practice. He was supposed to laser my next eye next month and I cancelled my appointment, collected my medical records and left. I will never return there.

Each and every contact with staff was an honest, respectful and congenial conversation. There was always thoughtful concern for me, whether it be comfort or questions. I will highly recommend this practice.

Cataract Procedure
From my first visit, the staff was welcoming and so was Dr. K. The procedure went smoothly. The staff at the surgery center were also welcoming. Angie, my prep nurse was outstanding. I would definitely recommend Dr. Krulewski.

Longtime patient and very pleased!
I had cataract surgery in both eyes years ago and since I now have glaucoma, I had laser surgery in both eyes as well. I see Dr. Krulewski every three months for him to check the pressure in my eyes. He is very professional and caring and his office staff is excellent and it is a very clean environment. I highly recommend him.

cataract surgery
I had cataract surgery on both eyes, my sight went from 20 over 80, to 20 over 20 , in both eyes. The surgery lasted about 15 min, and I have had no pain, or issues, I didn't drive for two days. Had a follow up with Doc the day after each surgery and a final follow up in a month. I have worn glasses since 3rd grade, now 76 yrs old, only now needed for reading. Highly recommend Doc K.

Dr. K has been very helpful since I was first diagnosed with lattice issues in my right eye (I met with him on a Sat. morning after a Friday night visit, my first, to the local ER - he correctly identified my problem, which the ER did not). He had been my primary ophthalmologist since. He has removed both of my cataracts, and has been carefully watching for any other associated issues. I take not of what he advises.

I have had cataract surgery in both eyes two years apart and have had good experiences with Dr. K and his staff. At my one month follow up with the first cataract he saw Macular Degeneration and immediately had me scheduled with a retina specialist.

The poorly organized office procedures meant that several unreturned phone calls over a two-week period were necessary simply to speak to the staff person who schedules surgery.  The pre-surgery communication was incomplete and erroneous.  When Dr. Krulewski finally declined to carry out glaucoma surgery on my mother-in-law, a long-time patient, because of possible complications, his attitude was condescending and unsympathetic.  By far, the worst interaction I have ever had with a physician.

Poor bedside manner. He was impatient and condescending to my son. My son has learning disabilities and functions at a 5 year old level all of which is noted in his chart. My son did well with the staff but left the doctor feeling like a failure and like he was stupid. The doctor told him that toddlers do better.

Dr. Krulewski was more concerned with using the eye exam time to tell me how to parent my 3 year old autistic child. We coudnt complete an eye exam because the environment was so tense and stressful due to his inability to interact properly with kids. A little distraction/ patience could have calmed my daughter into cooperating. Instead, he though the it was appropriate to ask me "is she even speaking English" when she mumbled as he shined the light in her eye. You're a terrible person Dr. K!
