Loved Dr Knipe

Did not help. Lied twice.
Told me that follow up appointment is easier to schedule and does not have same long wait as first time. That was a lie, there is no difference between a follow up or first time schedule.Told me to come back in after CT scan and schedule extended audio-gram. That was a lie, they don't do that and don't know who does. Wasted money and time.
