Incompetent
I still have PTSD from the ruse and insensitive treatment I received from the Dr. and his staff.

Don't Expect Follow Up Care
Hope this helps someone. Dr. Hung is a nice guy but you should look elsewhere for an ENT. Spent $2,600 on a balloon sinuplasty which turned out to be a completely unnecessary surgery (turned out my problem was actually a dental problem). Worse, however, when I called with problems following the surgery I was told that it did not matter I could not get an appointment for ten days. A patient having problems after a $2,600 procedure should not be told "too bad we can't see you for another ten days." Bottom line is that patient care is not the number one priority and you could find yourself with real issues and not be able to be seen for almost two weeks. Lest you think that I am just someone who complains, I just left a five star review for the endodontist who DID actually help me with the problem and whose receptionist gave me his cell phone to call if I had any problems after the procedure. It was a world of difference between the two experiences!

Dr. Hung saw my three month old son for a suspected case of laryngomalaica due to his stridor breathing. Dr. Hung performed a scope of my son's throat and stated that his stridor breathing was due to his reflux and sent us home. One week later, my son was in the ER due to his upper lip turning blue, and had surgery to correct what was indeed a case of laryngomalacia that Dr. Hung missed. I urge parents to not make the same mistake we made, and please take your child to see an ENT physician who solely specializes in pediatric care.

Not surprised he's been a Best ENT since 2008 by D magazine. Sees both adult and pediatric patients. The best doctor for chronic sinusitis. Highly recommend him for patients with a broken nose since he also has a background in facial plastics. A great doctor to see the whole family.

This Dr doesn't spend enough time explaining findings and possible treatments. My questions and concerns felt like it was a bother to him. Any time with him was very minimal and made me feel like my situation did not matter to him. Messages to his office were not returned and to have my records forwarded was a challenged with 2 followup phone calls to ensure it got completed. There are many more caring Dr's out there, I suggest you skip this one
