Great ENT
Dr Carter is an amazing ENT who i highly recommend. As a combat veteran who served in iraq and afghanistan i had suffered through years of nasal and breathing issues which culminated in becoming a patient of Dr Carter. Post completion of my septoplasy my quality of life has drastically improved.

Great ENT, I'm so pleased!
Dr. Carter was thorough in his exam, knowledgeable and gave us a well appreciated second opinion about my daughters tonsils. At no point during our visit did I feel rushed or dismissed. The whole office is pleasant. He came highly recommended and I will definitely recommend Dr. Carter to anyone I know who's looking for a high value ENT in the Plano and Frisco area.

Hearing Test and Tinnitus
I went in for Tinnitus and received a hearing test. All of the staff was kind and communicative. I did not have to wait long to see Dr Carter after the test was complete. I have only been to the office once, so it is possible I happened to be scheduled for a slower day. Dr Carter was kind, clearly communicated the results of my test, and provided realistic options for treatment. I will be going back to Dr Carter if the need ever arises.

Ear Wax
Highly recommend Dr. Carter and his assistant. Every year, my wife and I, have a cleaning. It is amazing that ears will develop so much wax buildup. The cleaning takes about 15 minutes and is covered by insurance. Worth the cleaning!

Dr Carter and his staff really took great care of me, from the very first visit. They are the absolute best in their field. I was not able to breath for years. After seeing Dr Carter I was diagnosed and shortly there after able to breath again, sleep again, and smell. My over all health has improved. I thank Dr. Carter and his team for everything they did for me.

Dr. Carter has been the ENT for my daughter since she was 15 months old. She has had tubes and an adenoidectomy while under his care. Dr. Carter has been informative and helpful every step of the way. He has a calm, kind, informative bedside manner in the office and pre/post surgery. Most recently, Dr. Carter performed my in-office balloon sinuplasty procedure. Leading up to the procedure, I had allergy testing and a few CT scans to determine what was the likely cause of my multiple sinus infections. Dr. Carter was very informative, allowing me to view my CT scan results and explaining my nasal anatomy. He explained the balloon sinuplasty procedure in great detail. During the procedure, he talked through each part of the process. The procedure and my recovery have been exactly as he explained they would be. I would recommend Dr. Carter to anyone needing ENT care, but especially to someone interested in the sinuplasty procedure.

Dr. Carter is very professional and knows what he talks about. I have been to many other nose doctors before and they all wanted to operate complicated surgeries on me which require hospital stays so I can breathe normally. First time I saw Dr. carter, he absolutely knew what I have. I had my nasal turbinates enlarged due to my allergies that I was not aware of. He operated an in-clinic minor surgery that took me about an hour to recover from. A few days later, I was able to breathe much better than before. I absolutely recommend Dr. Carter to my family and friends.

Had surgery scheduled within a few days of my appt. Received a call the day before that I would have to reschedule because Dr Carter felt it was too high risk. I had just changed my entire work and canceled my spring break plans with my kids which I couldn't repurchase. I was already high risk due to age, procedure, bleeding. So surgery continues as planned. Dr Carter said I would stay 48 hours in the hospital due to high risk to make sure no issues. I don't remember much about after the surgery until I was awake and was in severe pain. Horrible surgery and I wouldn't do it again if I had the option. The day nurse was on top of pain meds and making sure everything was ok. I explained to her that oral meds weren't working. She doubled them. Then night nurse came in. He was horrible. Rude. No bedside manner. Told him the previous dose of meds didn't work and I now had a severe migraine on top of just having my tonsils out. He gave me the same dose as before and I had to beg for my
