Dr Tom Gary & his entire staff are awesome.
My family & I have been patients of Dr Tom & Dr Crystal Gary since about 2011. They are an awesome Team with outstanding PAs & overall staff. Starting with Charlie Sticher & getting him out of hospice with liver disease & giving him another year of life to keeping me & my younger sister, Dr June Tyler & Cliff & Debbie Sticher healthy in our Golden Years thru proactive care. We praise God for Drs Tom & Crystal Gary & all of their staff especially those drawing blood. They are all professional in every way in knowing what they are doing or figure it out in their research. The Whole Team gets 5 golden Stars especially with their work with veterans!

Impatient
Dr gary asked me questions but interrupted me to disqualify me after just getting a few words out. I was asked questions I was unprepared to answer because that was not the reason for my visit. He was intimidating and annoyed. I don’t know why an appointment wasn’t scheduled for this matter so I could have time to review my health records and be prepared. It seems like he wanted to give me a hard time and a bad reputation for being unprepared.

My husband and I have been going to Dr Gary and other medical staff since 2011. The front office staff and check in nurses are fantastic. We are always met with smiles, helpfulness and compassion. Dr Gary and medical staff show empathy and professionalism. We are totally satisfied and would refer them to newcomers. So often only negative reviews are voiced..I wanted to thank this group!

waited an 90 mins to come in room to read blood work and never came in --I left and no phone call or email to explain or say they were sorry -- Dr.Gary has no manners and will never return to his office & will make sure none of my Blue Ridge friends EVER use this Dr.

He usually arrives with an apology abut being late. Tells me my blood work is great. Sometimes he listens to my heart. Now I am 91 years old so I know there are not many years left but I would appreciate a little more interest about how are you feeling? Are the pains you had in your legs and arms still bothering you? He is very busy with his 3 offices so I must say I am not that an important patient.

A joke as a doctor. Waste of time. I called ahead to see if he treats for certain things and they said he did. He even admitted he’s only good at certain things. He refers out for everything.

Dr Gary has zero manners. He is the only Dr I have ever seen that can examine you without touching you. Someone needs to tell him what a stethoscope is. Never again will I go back.

This guy is a joke. He sends/discharges patients home way too soon. My mom fell on the steps as soon as she was in the door. Then fell again in her bedroom. I asked one simple question and the guy treated me like I was an idiot. 2 years of his care for my mom and she is getting worse. Good one you quack!!!! He shouldn't even be allowed to conduct experiments on lab animals.

Me and my family have been seeing the Gary for 8 years now.... everyone in this office is amazing. My son has a special bond with David the PA and Mrs Beth at the front desk... we would never go anywhere else. Thank yall so much for taking care of us....

I have been a patient of Dr. Gary for about 3 years. I have been seen by him and the nurses. I have always been treated with kindness and respect. The office staff has been very helpful and always professional. They have extended hours to help with scheduling and respond quickly to phone requests. My entire family is under their care and I am confident we are being treated as if we were family.
