Amazing Doctor and Staff!!
Dr. Sanders is very thorough! Best doctor that I have seen . The entire office staff is amazing and so friendly. Sometimes I do have to leave a message but I always get a call back the same day. I am very happy with the care that I receive!

Highly disappointed!!!
I called to make an appt. spoke to Tiffany. She did NOT EVEN ASK me why I needed to see Dr. Sanders. She was very rude, with an “I don’t care” attitude, and was very unprofessional. I asked Tiffany who else I could speak to regarding getting an appt. any earlier, and she said “no one”. She stated that Dr. Sanders could see me in 6 weeks. I was sick THAT day (not 6 weeks away). THEY WANT TO REFER EVERYONE TO URGENT CARE as Dr. Sanders owns Urgent Care so they can charge a much higher fee to you and/or your insurance company. I had been seeing Dr. Sanders for over 2 years, yet he NEVER even called me by my name (first or last name) and hurried our appointment. He always stood, not once did he ever sit down to listen to my Issues/ailment. Highly dissatisfied. Please do not use this doctor nor his staff members!!!!

Disappointed Patient – Jun 22, 2023

Dr. Sanders is a very good doctor. I would say the biggest issue I have is that he isn't connected to the portal at UGH. It's difficult to get a response from his office most of the time. You can call and leave a message but they don't seem to response quickly or have a sense of urgency. If you can get past that he is a good doctor and knows his stuff.

Reply efforts for scheduling, follow up and referrals are terrible. I played phone tag because of their lack of effort and one call try for 2 weeks before getting an appointment. Then waited 8 days before the referral for surgeon finally contacted me. Their answering machine is their favorite tool.
