My visits were quite frankly miserable. The dentist himself was rather rough on my gums (they hurt much longer than a few hours, and I just got fillings.) On top of that, he was getting distracted with other patients during my visit. His helper managed to misgender me twice in one visit, and despite my communication between visits she did it again at my next one. They decided to not finish my last cavity strictly so they could have me come back again and charge me once more. My teeth have still been sensitive, and they decided to not warn me before charging me much more than my insurance was willing to cover, even though I could have easily gone another month until my insurance reset. I know this isn't their responsibility to tell me, but I never received a single statement from them about cost. I feel it is their responsibility to keep me informed on cost to work ratio as well as well as interact respectfully during my appointments that each cost over a thousand dollars, apparently.

Dr. Flahy and Bravo Smile, is the best! I was a patient of Dr. Flahy for years then, had to change insurance and he wasn't covered. I came back after four years for my first appointment, a cleaning and xRays. I received a great welcome back, the staff were friendly and professional. I was "brought back" immediately, given a great cleaning and advice. Great experience. A week later, I had a filling change configuration and it started tearing up my inner lip. It could have been anything. The filling was 35 years old! They had me come back 15 minutes after I called, and took me in immediately. Took the old out, put new in and its perfect! Even better than before! Fabulous customer service.
