Dismissive, impersonal service
No apparent interest in my vision needs and outcome. Dismissive, impersonal interaction. Had cataract surgery in one eye. Won't go back. After surgery my vision was not correctable with eyeglasses or contacts. Extremely long wait times in office even with appointments.

Sometimes there is a wait, but where I was treated before there was a WAIT! I am so glad someone recommended Dr Chi. Not as stressful. Takes good care of problems and I've got them!

My mother has been going to Dr. Chi for quite some time. She likes him as a physician and he has managed her condition well. However, he is constantly running behind - we have have waited 3 hours to be seen and the average wait time is at least 2 hours. If this was a one-off, you certainly can understand that emergencies happen, but this is a constant at this office. He is well aware of this issue because the first thing he says is “sorry for your wait”. In light of the COVID situation, you think you would not want people sitting in waiting rooms for a long period of time (especially older people), but we waited for over 2 hours for a pressure check. Because this seems to be a constant issue, it really seems to show a disrespect for patients. We are looking for a new physician for my mother.

Tire of waiting.... – Jun 09, 2020

I had a cataract on my right eye. I was scared to death of the surgery since it would be my first one. It took 10 minutes the procedure with a wait time of 2 hours. Dr. Chi completes multiple patient surgery's on the same day this helps keep cost down.
