I have recommended Dr. Tsai to many people
I was seen after waiting all of 3 minutes. The front desk staff was friendly and patient. The techs that did the exam were friendly and very competent. Dr. Tsai was, as always, very professional and friendly as was his nurse. Dr. Tsai administered an eye shot that left me with no pain or redness. The exit staff was very helpful and patient.

I have went to Dr. Tsai for my retina treatments.
Dr. Tsai is very kind and caring to his patients. I have been going to him over 5 years and I will hate the day he retires. He knows how to make you feel calm especially when he does procedures on eyes.. in fact I was traveling from NC for my appointments to see him.

I had a significant retinal detachment and worked with Dr. Tsai over several years both before and after my surgery to repair my retina. He was (and is) as good as it gets. He was thorough and very straight forward, providing information and explaining information that I did not get from my previous retinologist.
