The appointment with Dr. Castle was such a waste of time. Went there with a severe knee pain. After the assistants took X-Ray, he came in to the room, told me that I had arthritis on both knees and not to do anything that would cause pain (wow... I never thought of that before!). When I asked about an injection since I can't even climb the stairs without excessive pain, he said that it could make it better, but I'd just need to take pain killers, tolerate it the way it is and suffer it through, didn't even explain why he wouldn't do the injections. He didn't even ask if I had any questions or anything, he just got up and showed his hand for a hand shake and left the room. He probably didn't even stay in the room for 5 minutes. I already take 2 aleves a day, every day, I am already suffering it through. This doctor visit absolutely contributed to nothing about my condition. And since he told me not to do anything that causes pain, I guess I'll just stop climbing stairs and sleep downsta

We were thankful to get in right away after there was a cancellation. The only reason why I lowered the star is because I felt like he wasn't open to questions.

I trust Dr. Castle and appreciate all his work to repair my knee and get me back to work and recreation activities that are so important to my lifestyle.

Sore, arthritic knee. Dr Castle gave me options for treatment that covered a full range. Very logical and a great communicator! Have been seeing him for 20+ years.

Dr. Castle is knowledgeable and thoughtful regarding my issues. He was honest and to the point (necessary for a tightly scheduled doctor) and laid out the options for me. I appreciated his condor and he was correct as I was certain about some things and it turned out that I was wrong. He was great for me and I strongly recommend him.

I really like it. No waiting. I was in and out in 30 min. Dr Castle was very professional and explained everything and answered my questions.

My only complaint is that he rushes appointments. When he decides it's over he bolts out the door without asking if I have any more questions. At 2 appointments I literally chased him down the hall asking questions. It's not because he's running late. At my recent appointment we started a few minutes early and I was back to my car 5 minutes after my appointment should have started! Does he have a bus to catch or what? But great results and a good bedside manner. I would still recommend him.

Uncomfortable experience

Went in for a follow up eval for knee replacement. Assist, radiologist & Dr Castle…excellent. Great to interact w & very professional. Trust his expert opinion. Enjoyable appt, quick, to the point, through. MUCH APPRECIATED.

Efficient, yet quite human. Great at educating me on the condition and exploring solutions with me. I felt unpressured to go with his solution which I ultimately decided upon after a few days thinking about the appointment discussion.

I saw Dr. Castle with a concern about a rotator cuff he repaired 17 years ago. I was worried I had damaged it again, but he quickly and expertly evaluated my shoulder and reassured me I had just strained my bicep tendon. His original repair has endured a lot of abuse over the years, and I couldn’t be happier with the results.

Not overly impressed. Questions were asked and I was given little to no time to answer. I was never asked about my left knee or allowed to mention the pain in my feet.

Dr. Castle is extremely professional: he takes time to listen and time to explain. A first rate professional experience. Completely satisfied with Dr. Castle and all the support staff.
