I am almost 80 yrs old and have received a highly recommendation from a personal friend and Board Certified Family MD who knows her and said Dr. Tran has a 5 star reputation. Having had several skin cancers (Basal and Squamous) , I look forward to my first appointment with her this September.
It is a little unusual to write a review before having had a visit, but I look forward to seeing Dr. Tran and will follow up with a post visit review.

I had been to three dermatologists in the span of about 15 years in an attempt to rid myself of dermatitis and fungal issues. I was even told by other MDs that the dermatitis was incurable and that I would have to live with it. Dr. Tran helped me completely eliminate both problems in the span of a few months. I believe that her knowledge of the topical products made the difference.

I came to Dr Trans office, suffering from psoriasis , I had rosacea really bad as well. She took me in, first asking me what I wanted to treat. I had no idea a red face as bad as mine was could be cured. In the years of treatment she has given me my face is 100% corrected, and is staying that way due to the maintenance meds she keeps me on. On the psoriasis front, that is a battle not yet won. She treats my condition and has kept me off auto immune meds....smart lady I will never trade her

Even though I had been furious after my first appt with Dr Tran - when I had waited an hour to be called back and then another 20 mins in the exam room for a 10-15 minute examination, my husband - who had no such problem with Dr Wu- urged me to try again . I arrived early hoping to be the 1st 9:30 patient called back. At 10:20 I was called and at 10:40 I left the exam room, not having seen a dr nor given any indication of when she might come in. The front staff was kind and apologetic.

I went to see Dr.Tran after hearing great reviews about her. I was going for thinning hair. After waiting 30 min or more I was placed in a exam room. The doctor came in ask what I was there for after explaining my concerns she brushed me off and told me that's not the problem. She aggressively shoved her hands through my hair and parted it with her fingers very ruff(my hair is very curly... This was not fun)then she suggested women's Rogaine and suggested I come back in 4 weeks for a follow up.

Dr Tran was an excellent professional. She was respectful. I would give her 5 stars!! Was apprehensive about seeing her based on the other reviews I read. Glad I didn't reschedule my appointment with another doctor.
