Dr. Donna Hepper, MD

This Sunday afternoon, I was assigned Dr. Hepper via Teladoc. Thank God I got her! I was told I would hear back from a Dr. within 24 hours. I had a prescription called in within 10 minutes. I have experience in the medical field and have seen patients die from sepsis caused by cellulitis. Wonderful Dr.! Thank you so much for caring about your patients!

Dr. Hepper is amazing she has definitely made an impact on my life. She cured my mollescum and restored my confidence. As others have mentioned she is very thorough and has a warm personality. I intend on seeing her for all of my future dermatology needs and I recommend her to everyone.

Great at getting you in without much of a wait...or no wait at all! Addresses your concerns and explains in detail. Does a complete check of your body. I've been under her care for over 10 years. I do recommend her to friends and family.

Dr. Hepper was extremely professional in conducting a thorough exam. Following the exam, she took time to explain her diagnosis and the procedure needed. After the procedure, Dr. Hepper made sure that I understood next steps.

She could not diagnose my problem and could not even identify what is the type of infection I have. She asked me to continue over the counter medicines and observe the nature of rash, which I was doing since long time. She did not care to know if its healing or not, my discussions with nurses went waste. Very much disappointed

I had been to other dermatologists for a lession on my lip that had not healed in a year. The last dermatologist said basically to stop bothering her with my cold sores . Dr. hepper correctly diagnosed what I had was skin cancer on my lip, treated it with a low impact chemo cream.....and it healed up. No further problem . She was kind, engaging and took me very seriously . I will always go to Dr. hepper for any dermatological issues.

I have a rare autoimmune condition that is difficult to diagnose, so it often takes a very long time to get a correct diagnosis. Dr. Hepper diagnosed it fairly quickly, even after a biopsy result gave an incorrect diagnosis. She thought outside the box until she figured out what I had. I was pretty sick for several months but now, with medications she has prescribed, I am doing quite well. I deeply appreciate her genuinely listening to me and going the extra mile to find out what was wrong.

Dr. Hepper is an amazing doctor. I have been to dermatologists before and they were in and out in less than 3 minutes barely letting me get a word in. Dr. Hepper listens to what you have to say and does everything she can to help. She was able to answer any and all questions I had. I would recommend her to anyone.
