The worst experience I've ever had. Very rude, nasty attitude and unprofessional. You work at a clinic in Southeast DC, you need to quit looking down on your patients. If you don't like working in Southeast DC then you need to go somewhere. I will never go to Dr Anderson practice again!

Poor service
On my first visit my appointment was at 8:15 am she arrived at 8:30 and I waited for 3 hours and still didn’t get seen by the doctor my next appointment was at 12:00 noon and by 2:45 pm I was still waiting to be seen and I spoke to the doctor and she said that she was just now waiting on her 11:00 appointment and I need to just wait but there were other people in front of me still waiting to be seen her customer service skills suck and no bed side manner I will never go back to her again

I only came here because I didn't believe this person was truly a doctor. I met her in a Facebook group. She sold me on MLM vitamins (Kyani). I feel like she targeted me because I talked about being unemployed due to COVID. I really regret the day I met her. I am in a financial bind because of her get rich scheme.

Very unprofessional! I had an appointment with Dr Myeni, not at this location but another place she worked at in Rockville, Maryland. She had long, junky finger nails, too much makeup and hair that kept getting on my face. The whole time she kept prancing around the room in a dress that was way too tight and high heels. I did not want this woman touching something as sensitive as my eyes. When I scheduled my next appointment, I asked the receptionist to make sure that I saw another doctor.

I've tried quite a few doctors. Dr. Myeni is by far the best. She has an excellent bed side manner and she takes time to explain complex medical terms to me.

Dr Myeni is a caring and compassionate doctor. She listened to and addressed all my complaints and did a great job explaining my diagnosis. I highly recommend her.
