He’s a nice doctor and really polite

New to the area, needed a Gynecologist and Dr. Robertson was highly recommended. I was not at all disappointed with the doctor. He thoroughly explained my condition and I found him to be very caring and compassionate.I found the office staff to be an entirely different experience! The receptionist was not at all welcoming and was unwilling to tell me if my hospital test results had been received and made no effort to find out if they had been received! She also informed me that I was unable to speak to the person that I had previously spoken to, again with no explanation!Having worked for many years in multiple customer service related positions, I can tell you that if the young lady had been working for me she would no longer have a job at the end of the day! Her behavior is certainly not what I would expect in a physician’s office!

Dr. Robertson is very easy to talk to. He is extremely mild mannered, very informative, and well educated.

Compassionate and caring. Dr. Robertson has always been there for me and helped me through some difficult times.

He was very professional and made me feel completely comfortable. Most all paps I have had have been fairly uncomfortable and can cause some pain. There was zero discomfort or pain. I read through a million reviews and so glad I picked Dr. Robertson!! Also there was almost zero wait time. I was in and out in under 30min.

First time going to him for my Yearly needs and he is the Absolute Best! Listens and seems like he really cares! Highly recommend him!

Front desk was friendly and answered questions I had regarding new patient paperwork that I completed at home and brought w/me. Dr. Robertson listened to my concerns and discussed future options. Being fairly new to Volusia County, I was very pleased with him and the exam. Appointment was scheduled for next August 2023.

He delivered my baby December 2020. He was ok not very interested kinda like this is the job let's get it done already. When having a baby you want the Doc to feel like he or she wants to be there not that they have to. That's just me. ?????Also I have some issues with my private area and I told him about it with both visits after birth. 2week visit he didnt check me because I was still fresh from delivery. 6 week visit which I went at 7 weeks I still had issues with my private. I guess now they dont check your private anymore at the 6 week check up.????? That wouldn't have been a problem for me if I felt like everything was ok down there. It isn't. He just kept telling me my issue is normal I'm young everything will go back to normal wait a year.. wait a year??? it may get worse. He could have checked me to make sure everything was ok. But didnt. My concerns were not his and he got paid to do NOTHING. He didnt even say you're cleared to doing your normal activities.

I love this office! Staff is friendly and helpful. Dr. Robertson is kind and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend.

The best doctor in this association is Dr. Ted Robertson. I attended his third trimester of pregnancy. He is a great professional of his business, very attentive and able to relate to himself. It is a pity that he didn’t work on the day of my labor. I recommend him to all pregnant women!

Dr. Robertson took great care to learn about my full health background (not just gyn) and this ensured my physical comfort as he moved forward with my exam. He offered options for future care. He has a wonderful bedside manner, and even though I am sad to lose my prior gyn of 16 years, it looks like I found a great match in Dr. Robertson!!

Dr. Robertson is a professional and caring doctor. He takes the time to listen and answer any concerns with your help. I have been a patient with him for 5 years and hope that he continues practicing here so I can stay with his practice as a patient.
