Dr. Ted Lee, MD

he did my first excision surgery and actually saved my life. the appointment wasn’t great, so i wouldn’t say he’s the best with bedside manner, but he’s an incredible surgeon.

I would not recommend Dr. Lee. My appointment was very rushed, he did not take the time to listen to my symptoms, when I tried he interrupted me, and he refused to look at the report of a test I had done while waiting to see him. He did a rushed exam and did not explain anything or the medications he decided to prescribe for me as he was walking out of the exam room.

I was apprehensive to visit Dr. Lee based on some previous reviews, but he was a fantastic doctor! I am an obese patient and never once felt shamed for my size and he never contributed my chronic pain to obesity. Also, after completion of hysterectomy I was back to normal activity within 3 days! I would recommend him to anyone experiencing reproductive problems!

He’s done my last surgery gave me a year and half we haven’t been able to try for a baby but I’m heading into my surgery for hysterectomy and bladder sling. Dr Lee is the ONLY Dr who listens to me and takes action. He made the order to have the uro dynamic study done when the other Dr refused to. Now I’m finally getting the help I need with this. There is no else I’d let do surgery on me only Dr Lee. Thanks for all u do for me it’s appreciated. Sheryl Meyers

I cannot thank Dr Lee enough.. after 6 years of endometriosis and multiple surgeries and by other doctors, what he did for me finally did the trick and I was able to have a beautiful daughter! (after I was told I had no chance of getting pregnant naturally and Fertility treatments failed). He has a very straightforward bedside manner and gets straight to the point which I appreciate. I don't need to be coddled, I need a Doctor and a Surgeon who knows what he is doing... and that is definitely Dr. Lee!

Dr. Lee literally changed my life! I had my first invasive surgery for endometriosis at the age of 14. For the following 30 years I dealt with all the nasty things endometriosis causes including chronic pain, infertility, exhaustion, and a loss of hope. I went through many doctors and many treatments trying to find relief. Even a trip to the Cleveland Clinic. Dr. Lee did a complete hysterectomy on December 29. Along with removal of the damaged organs he removed a fibroid that weighed 2 pds and my uterus that was ten times its normal size. My surgery was close to 6 hours and certainly not an easy procedure. I recovered with very little pain and can honestly say that I am pain free!!!!! I have always taken care of myself and run 5 days a week completing 5 marathons. I am now running without discomfort and it is an amazing feeling!!! Thank you Dr. Lee and your incredible staff!!!! please share this so more people can receive the help they need and deserve!

Dr. Lee was a total professional and performed a very complicated surgery on me that took 3 hours. Normally it would have been 1 1/2 hours. I experienced very little pain considering all that had to be done. I would definitely recommend Dr. Lee to any woman who needs gynecological surgery, especially something as complicated as mine. I doubt many doctors could have done it. Amazing!

This doctor is amazing. Very caring and left no scars after my partial hysterectomy.

If I could give him more stars, I would. I have never met a better doctor. I was referred to him for a hysterectomy. I had suffered for over 10 years with endometriosis, etc and my only option to live a pain free life was to have a hysterectomy. From start to finish he was fantastic. He thoroughly explained the procedure and what I should expect. His staff who assisted were great as well. My follow up appointment was pleasant and enjoyable. He is very talented, courteous yet straightforward

This is the most unprofessional, arrogant physician I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. My case was complex and he said, "If I operate on you and something goes wrong, it will make me look bad." (Yes there was a 3rd party present who witnesse this.) He said I may have endometriosis but my pain was probably from past abuse. Pushed zoladex & a pain clinic referral. I refused both. Turns out I do have endometriosis & PCOS. The former was confirmed via an uncomplicated laparoscopy.

My hysterectomy was a high risk . I have a lot of heath issues No other surgeon would touch me . I had fibroids and cysts!! He is a great doctor !! Minimal scaring and I feel great after 4 straight years of bleeding !! I will be forever greatful !! Christina Daugherty-Brooks

Dr. Lee is an excellent surgeon. His skills are second to none and he works very fast; yet is meticulous. I have been sick with endometriosis and secondary infertility for over 15 years now. I have had laparoscopic surgeries in the past, but the endo always came back along with crippling fatigue. Dr. Lee was able to find the hiding deep disease this time and excise it. He speaks very fast, but do not get discouraged. His main focus is helping you and helping you get better!

Dr. Lee was wonderful as a doctor and even better as a surgeon. After years of debilitating pain, he gave me answers and a solution. Within days of surgery, I felt better than I had in a long time. Recovery was very easy and I suffered almost no bleeding or pain. Dr. Lee is a skilled surgeon who knows and understands gynecological issues better than any doctor I've come across. I highly recommend him.

He is an excellent surgeon, but not a good doctor in my book. I have not left his office once feeling like he actually cared about my well being. He doesn't listen or answer questions sufficiently, and he definitely always seems to be in a rush. I left feeling unimportant and looking for a doctor that can help me with the pain I am still having.
