Excellent Dermatologist
Dr, Tennill is a superb Dermatologist. She is very thorough, extremely knowledgeable, and explains issues very clearly. Due to demand, it can take a while to get an appointment with her.

Dr. Tennill doesn't disappoint.
It took 6 months to make my first appointment; however, I understand there is a real shortage of dermalogists in Springfield. I previously was a patient of Dr. Strow and ws sorry to see her close her practice; however, Dr. Tennill met all my expectations. My first appointment with Dr. Tennill was pleasant. She is personable, thorough and took care of getting a biopsy promptly. Her office has been responsive to my requests and calls. They are a busy office so I always try to arrive at least 20 minutes early to make sure my appointment is on time. If I have anything else that is going on I always send an email to the Dr. so she has it on file before my appointment. You have to wait to get an appointment, but it is worth the wait!

Never again
The appointment was to check a dry spot on my cheek area. There was a discoloration on the opposite cheekbone that had been treated by my previous (retired) dermatologist. She asked if she could take a sample, then gouged out a deep chunk. The area checked out fine, but took almost a year to completely heal; the texture of the skin felt grainy and was sensitive to the touch. I contacted the office several times and was told it was fine, there was nothing they could do, etc. The previous dermatologist treated it as a discoloration with a ? laser, with no resultant skin problems. Now I have a permanent divit in my cheekbone area.

Dr. Taylor Tennill
Dr. Tennill did an excellent job, being very thorough with my exam. She is very personable and caring. It is evident she cares about her patients. I have recommended her to my family and friends. Two of my friends are now her patients also.

Clinic gets you in and out their were three other people checking in to see same doctor as me at same time! So basically lets see how many patients we can herd through here to run up dollars. Very little time spent with patient and not very personable.
